Thanks so much for your response to my email concerning the belt. My main reason for writing to you was to inform you of the issue. Since that you told me that you had a similar situation with your belt I see no reason to bother with another as it may happen again? I have purchased a new belt, not braided this time. Therefore, thank you for the offer but I think that I will pass on another of that kind. I do appreciate your thoughtfulness and concern showing me that you are an extremely good business man!!!

Lonestar Boots is happy to process orders for boots that are not on our website. Boots that are made to order are not returnable for any reason other than a quality defect. Boots that are not made to order but that are not on the website will incur a 10% restock fee. Please see the Return page for instructions.
Once an order is placed through the web, you card will be authorized. If your product is available for shipping we will capture the funds and process your order. For products that are backordered 10 days or less on non-expedited orders your order will be processed and the funds will be captured. An email will be sent advising you of the backorder. For orders backordered for longer than 10 days, an email will be sent for your approval of the backorder.
Credit on Returns:
If you have returned your boots for credit, please allow 2 business days after receipt for the credit to show on your account.
