Thanks so much for your follow up on this! I was able to find the boot somewhere else and it looks like it is available so far. This boot seems to be unavailable a lot of places, so we’ll see what happens. I don’t want to commit to a custom boot since I haven’t tried it on, but thanks for the offer to do that.
